Preços Administrados: disciplina e experiência jurídica no Brasil

This article aims to address the legal category of "administered prices", taking into account its history and its purposes. Administered prices have been designed as the instrumentalization of the aims of a constitutionally grounded economic policy defined by the State and built from the perspective of public interest. The legal discipline and experience of administered prices in Brazil and in other contemporary capitalist states manifest their instrumental role for the purposes of economic development.
